In 2023/4, Ibrahim and I worked together on the digital experience team for 3M and later 3M’s spin-off, Solventum. As a designer, he had a wide-ranging skill set and job responsibilities working on everything from creating and managing the design system to conducting user research. His skills in both UI/UX design and UX research were evident in my work with him and as a UX researcher myself, I can attest to the strength of both his design and research skills. I always enjoyed working on projects with Ibrahim since I knew that these projects would always focus on working together to find the best solution for our users. It was really in these collaborative spaces that Ibrahim’s skills really shine. Ultimately, Ibrahim is a skilled designer whose abilities will be a boon to any company that hires him.
I had the pleasure of working with Abe for several years in the UX team at 3M. He consistently demonstrated a willingness to help and share his extensive knowledge with colleagues, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. He continually sought out new ideas and creative solutions, which were evident in his approach to UX best practices. Abe would be an excellent addition to any team, bringing not only his skills and expertise but also his positive attitude.
Abe is a very talented and educated UX designer that is absolutely wonderful to work with! He is knowledgeable about best practices and user behavior and great at problem-solving accordingly. He is also an excellent team member and collaborator. He truly listens to people and takes their thoughts and opinions into account when problem-solving and making recommendations. Abe is also an amazingly positive and friendly colleague as well, which in turn lifts up everyone else on the team.
